How To Check 2020 WASSCE Examination Results

The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) will be releasing the results of the 2020 WASSCE exams by ending of October or the first week of November. This information was disclosed by Mr George K. Ohene Mantey. WASSCE results of prospective candidates who sat for the 2020 edition of the WASSCE for School Candidates can be checked from the WAEC website here using the steps below.

1. Visit the WAEC May/June Result Checker Online Portal via the link below; http://ghana.waecdirect.org

2. Enter your Index Number.

3. Select the Type of Examination (  WASSCE).

4. Select your Examination Year eg. 2020.

5. Enter the Card Serial Number found on the reverse side of your Scratch card

6. Enter the 12-digit Personal Identification Number (PIN) on your Scratch card Eg. 012345678912

7. Confirm your Index Number and Examination Year. This is to ensure that your examination information is correct.

8. Click on Submit and wait for the display in the popup window. This may take several minutes.

Note: You can buy a results checker pin by dialing *944# on any network and pay using your mobile money account for an amount of GH¢ 10.00.

You can also purchase one at the post office or any place where WAEC result checkers are sold.
